If you are a snake

To kiss you would be a mistake

To touch your lips

And survive

I must say that I’ve

Done the same

And remained

Truly well and alive

I must although admit

That I did develop a bit

Of a cold

But I am told

I can blame it on the change of season

But me I am not sure.

This I can use as a reason

To test their theory again.

If you are a mistake

I must say you are the big one

Here take the cake
